The 24-hour front desk staff at this riad were like our personal superheroes, always there to save the day and answer our questions with a smile. Their multilingual abilities were like having a language superpower!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The location was great, close to the main attractions in the city. the room had a comfortable bed and the WiFi signal was strong.
The cleanliness of the room was below average and the lack of natural light was a drawback. , the directions to the hotel were unclear, making it difficult to find.

We had a fantastic stay in this hidden gem in the heart of the medina. The location was perfect for exploring the unique delights of this city. The staff, including the owner Nabil, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From organizing tours to showing us their favorite places in the city, they made us feel like friends rather than guests. The breakfast, prepared by Amina, was outstanding. It featured delicious and plentiful typical Moroccan food. The whole experience gave us a true Moroccan flavor.
Everything was spot on.

The rooms at Riad Merzouga are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the seating area, it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The balcony in the double room was a great addition, providing a lovely view of the city. The soundproofing was a bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Personally, I found the fireplace in the triple room unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

I recently stayed at Dar Merzouga in Fes for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the night manager who greeted us outside the medina and served us delicious hot mint tea. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the markets and the big blue gate, making it easy to explore the area. The room was well-planned with a unique decor, and the breakfast served was traditional and made us feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel offered late checkout and even allowed us to leave our luggage in the foyer for a few hours before our late flight.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

At this incredible riad, the friendly and hospitable staff made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious cup of tea that blew our minds. The beautiful terrace provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy more of that mind-blowing tea. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the bustling markets and The Big Blue Gate. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with finding a place to print our tickets, even accompanying us. The breakfast was beyond spectacular, offering a traditional feast that made us feel right at home. Our room with a terrace was a blessing, as the refreshing morning breeze helped combat the scorching heat. We were even spoiled with tea delivered to our room. The Riad's fancy decor and rooftop were jaw-dropping. Late checkout and luggage storage options added to our convenience. Although the morning staff spoke mostly French, their lovely demeanor made up for any language barriers. In short, this stay was simply the best.
